Also helping were Leveret's teammate Pat Daoust from Canada who catches for the Quebec Capitals in the Canadian American League, Bryan Sabatella from the United States who played against Leveret for the New Jersey Jackals and local physical therapist Kuinsy Hunt.

The pro players ran the group through two days of fielding and hitting drills as well as playing games, base running and sliding practice.

On hand for the opening ceremony were Prime Minister Sarah Wescot-Williams and Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Affairs Patricia Lourens-Philip.
