National dialogue on
constitutional change

WILLEMSTAD--Prime Minister Emily de Jongh-Elhage announced during Wednesday’s Council of Ministers press briefing that a campaign of national dialogue would start on February 9.

The main objective of the campaign will be to inform the public of the Netherlands Antilles of the constitutional change process. Several sessions will be held on all islands, starting in Curaçao, during which each Minister will give a short outline of what his/her Ministry has been doing.

The intention is to interact with several sectors within the community, giving information about the ongoing process.
