Educator profiled in UK
University’s Directory

PHILIPSBURG--Coventry University in the UK has profiled educator Terry Peterson in its 2008 post-graduate directory, under International Law and Human Rights.

Peterson, a former student representative on the LLM Board of Coventry University (CU), is a regular contributor to the university’s Law Journal, particularly on recent developments in International Law, Human Rights and International Relations. He has also published on legal topics in the world’s oldest legal journal, The Justice of the Peace (published by LexisNexis and Butterworths) and in the regional Journal of Eastern Caribbean Studies (published by the University of the West Indies), it was stated in a press release.

Peterson holds an LLM Master’s Degree in International Law and Human Rights from CU, United Kingdom, and a certificate in Supranational Criminal Law from Leiden University, The Hague Campus, Netherlands.

Although Peterson teaches Caribbean Sociology and Philosophy at the University of St. Martin (USM), he says when St. Martin becomes a Country he would be more than happy to use his experience and knowledge to serve the people in the St. Martin Ombudsman office, in the Bureau of Foreign Relations, or as a St. Maarten diplomat regionally or internationally
