now has 45 job openings
PHILIPSBURG--The just-opened Pelican Marina Residences has 45 job openings it is looking to fill as a matter of urgency.
Unemployed persons of Dutch nationality or those with permanent residence on the island are asked to take the opportunity and apply.
The establishment has eight openings for “housemen”; 20 openings for room attendants; two for general maintenance personnel; one for a plumber; three for gardeners; two for laundry attendants; two for general receptionists; and seven for security officers.
Laveist said persons of Dutch nationality or those with permanent residence on the island could check with the Island Labour Department or at the establishment’s Human Resource Department.
Advertisements inviting persons to apply for the openings are expected to be placed in the newspapers in coming days.
